Tiki-the-lord by copulating with Rurua-tiki-the-lord produced (king) Ririkatea.
- Atimoterae: mea a mura i hiki te alu mo tunu o te ita, mo hangai it te ariiki.
Atimoterae created brook-fish and established them as the chosen food of the gods.
E timo te raemea [amura he ki te aro] mo tunu te ika, mo hangai i te ariki.
He taught that the brook fish ... were to be cooked and given as food for the king.
- Takoua: Ki ai Kiroto Tukouo, Kapu te Poopoo.
God Takoua and goddess Tukouo produced milk-thistle.
Takoua ki ai ki roto Tukouo, ka pu te poopoo.
Takoua by copulating with Tukouo produced the poopoo-fish.
- E. Toto te Efi no Kino no naroko no ngaoreno no nga tokutoko ruapapa.
E Toto discovered the sweet taste of the yam and made it the principal food of the people.
E Toto te uhino kino no naroko no nga oreno, no nga tokotoko rua papa.

Epuoko created the delicious banana food for the kings.
E puoko te maika no Tupa-iti no Tupa-nui.
The head of the banana is for King Tupa-iti and King Tupa-nui.

God Uku and goddess Karori produced bullrushes.

God Kuhikia and goddess Taurari produced small birds.

- Kuhikia Ki ai Kiroto Ruperoa Kapu to Turi.
God Kuhikia and goddess Ruperoa produced sea-gulls.

- Taaria Ki ai Kiroto Taaria, Kapu te Taueehu.
God Taaria and goddess Taaria produced white gulls.
Taaria ki ai ki roto Taaria, ka pu te tau-eehu.
Small-thing by copulating with Small-thing produced the imperceptible-thing.

God Haiuge and goddess Hatukuti produced wind.

- Pauaroroko Ki ai Kiroto Hakukuti, Kapu te Taerongoveteve.
God Pauaroroko and goddes Hakukuti produced pain.

Pauaroroko (?) by copulating with Hakukuti (?) produced the free-ones-who-do-not-obey.

Numia a Tangaire Turuhirohero was the founder of all things unpleasant and bad smells.
Numia a Tangaire turu herohero te toto o te o kovare.
